A former basketball star and all-time leading scorer at Uxbridge (Mass.) High School, Cahill went on to play guard for the Princeton Lady Tigers where she was a four-year letter winner, team captain, and member of the 1,000 point club. Upon graduation, she pursued football first with the New England Storm in 2003. Fifteen years later, Cahill is a four-time national champion, two-time MVP, and the only quarterback to have reached 100 career victories playing exclusively in women’s tackle football leagues.
